Well, it would make the rock thing a bit pointless for me. But the rest of
you would enjoy it.

But it's not proper rock unless it's cylindrical, hard and has
"Blackpool Rock" or other lettering all the way through it.

In fact, Edinburgh rock is usually sold in small pieces, which spoils
the fun of breaking your teeth trying to bite a piece off and chew it.

No, it also comes in sticks - not as large as traditional seaside rock but
still needing to be bitten. But it's soft and melts in the mouth. My
favourite is ginger flavour.

Rock may be "traditionally" peppermint but one flavour is as proper as any
other. Personally I find anything peppermint-flavoured vile.

Especially onions. And Brussels Sprouts.

Right now I'm trying to imagine what peppermint flavour sea bass would be
like. Failing. Sounds Scottish to me.

Deep fried battered peppermint flavoured sea bass. Winner. ;-)

With brown sauce, which would be the absolute finishing touch for RMary Sue.

Not even liquorice-flavoured licorice?

Bulk Barn still sell licorice cigars and pipes with little red sugar
granules to represent the burning tobacco.

You can also buy Popeye Candy Sticks (formerly Candy Cigarettes, with a
red end).
